
SAMSUN ASARCIK DISTRICT GOVERNORSHIP:
During his service as Asarcık/Samsun District Governor, he established a milk collection center in order to develop dairy farming, started a cow distribution campaign to increase the quality of cattle breeding and mushroom cultivation through the social aid fund. Also, he encouraged 200 couples who did not have an official marriage to have their official marriages. These activities were widely covered on television and newspapers.
KAHRAMANMARAŞ NURHAK DISTRICT GOVERNORSHIP:
During his service in Nurhak-Kahramanmaraş he helped many families who were victims of separatist terrorism to become homeowners in new settlements through social aid fund. He encouraged cattle breeding and beekeeping, too. A significant part of his work was widely covered in newspapers.
EDIRNE HAVSA DISTRICT GOVERNORSHIP:
During his service in Havsa-Edirne District, he became the longest-serving district governor in the 30-year history of Havsa, where he served as district governor for 5 years. Before the KOYDES (acronym for rural subsidies projects) started, he solved the sewage problem of the villages with a cement pipe factory he established through the village service unions. He contributed to the distribution of subsidies regarding kettle breeding, as well as he participated in activities such as organizing special classes to increase the quality of education, manufacturing and laying paving stones on village roads, and creating a children's park in each village.
BINGOL DEPUTY GOVERNOR'S OFFICE:
Ozer was appointed to Bingöl province to serve as the Deputy Governor, but he was appointed to Diyarbakır two months later as a provisional Deputy Governor. Later on, his provisional service in Diyarbakır was changed to principal service by a government decree.
DIYARBAKIR DEPUTY GOVERNOR:
While serving as deputy governor in Diyarbakır, he contributed to the amicable resolution of thousands of files as a pilot province in the region in the process that resulted in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling in favor of Turkey in order to withdraw the cases filed against Turkey before the ECHR. His work was widely covered in National Channels and newspapers. He presented the work carried out as deputy governor before the ECHR in Strasbourg. After his service in Diyarbakır he started to work as an Inspector at the Ministry of Interior’s Board of Inspectors by passing a series of written and oral exams held in 2007.
CHIEF INSPECTOR OF PROPERTY AT THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR INSPECTION BOARD:
Ozer, who was appointed as Civil Inspector at the Inspection Board of the Ministry of Interior, held this position for 6 months and then became Chief Civil Inspector with a government decree. He inspected, examined and investigated Province Governors, District Governors, Municipalities, Gendarme Offices, Police Departments in many provinces and districts from 2007 to 2016.
